Steps to make 豆花鸡

  • 1.豆花用漏勺沥去水分,沥来下的水不要倒掉,留着备用。
  • 2.鸡胸肉切成小块,姜、蒜切片备用。
  • 3.炒锅上火,放入食用油爆香姜蒜片。
  • 4.放入火锅底料煸炒出香味。
  • 5.放入鸡块翻炒至水分干。
  • 6.倒入漏下来的豆花水。
  • 7.放入料油、酱油、盐。
  • 8.用汤匙舀入豆花烧三分钟左右。
  • 9.蒜苗洗净切段,辣椒切段备用,花椒用水泡湿。
  • 10.放入蒜苗即可关火起锅倒入大碗中备用。
  • 11.炒锅另上火,放入一汤匙食用油,油温热后放入花椒、辣椒煸香。
  • 12.把煸香的花椒和辣椒淋在豆花鸡上即可食用。
