Steps to make 鸳鸯火锅

  • 1.准备的蔬菜、菌菇、豆皮包
  • 2.把蔬菜、菌菇洗净,豆皮包切小
  • 3.准备好的各种冷冻品:鱼丸、鱼饺、肥牛、燕饺
  • 4.还有自制的蛋饺
  • 5.白汤锅底:锅中加适量清水和浓汤宝,建议6碗水加2块浓汤宝
  • 6.等浓汤宝煮至融化,我家人少所以白底和红底各用了1块浓汤宝
  • 7.加点姜片、红枣、枸杞子,还可以放点菌菇再次煮沸即可
  • 8.红汤锅底:起油锅爆香干辣椒、花椒后,加入姜片和郫县豆瓣酱炒出香味
  • 9.加入适量的清水和浓汤宝,锅中汤水煮沸即可
  • 10.这是准备好的2种锅底,煮的过程中可以适量加点盐
  • 11.准备蘸酱,根据自己喜欢调制
  • 12.我喜欢用花生酱、海鲜酱、沙茶酱、醋、蚝油和香油拌匀,还可以加点油蒜蓉
