Steps to make 蜜汁豆干

  • 1.准备白豆干。
  • 2.将豆干切成对三角。
  • 3.入加了盐的沸水中焯一下捞出。
  • 4.捞出后放凉水中再洗一下。
  • 5.将锅中加适量水,放入豆干,加入两个八角。
  • 6.水煮沸后,加入四个干红椒。
  • 7.适量盐。
  • 8.适量红烧酱油和生抽,比例1:1即可。约各15ML左右。
  • 9.加入糖,约5克。
  • 10.加入高汤精一起煮。
  • 11.大火煮开五分钟后转中小火慢煮入味。
  • 12.至到汤汁收至略剩,豆干入味。
  • 13.关火,加芝麻油拌匀。
  • 14.放至温热,淋上适量蜂蜜即可。
  • 15.装盘食用。
