    • 1.秋葵焯熟后切成粒状。
    • 2.鸡肉蓉用十三香、生抽、白糖、生抽、橄榄油调好腌约二十分钟待用
    • 3.烧热锅倒入少许橄榄油放入鸡肉蓉。
    • 4.翻炒片刻后放入大蒜继续炒。
    • 5.调入少许生抽、白糖炒均匀之后放入秋葵。
