    Steps to make 龙井茶焖大虾

    • 1.把对虾处理干净,去纱线,剪掉须 脚,用少许酒腌制片刻。
    • 2.龙井茶、枸杞子。
    • 3.龙井茶 枸杞子用开水泡开。
    • 4.之后用漏勺把茶叶 枸杞沥干茶水,备用。
    • 5.锅放少许油,中火把茶叶和枸杞子炒熟至松脆。捞出,花生用刀背压碎,把茶叶 枸杞子,芝麻拌均匀。(花生里有盐的,所以不用另外加盐,松脆带着茶香还有芝麻花生香味)放入盘中间。
    • 6.锅上火,加少许油,7成热放入对虾,中火,两边煎黄去掉多余的水份。
    • 7.放蒜 姜丝倒入茶水,加番茄酱盐少许,白糖 醋少许煮开,过两分钟翻一下对虾的面,让虾能充分吸收汤汁。
    • 8.汤汁收干,装盘。
