月饼蛋糕
中秋过后家里剩了许多月饼,又油腻又齁甜,吃不下怎么办呢?开动脑筋做一款月饼蛋糕吧!变身后的蛋糕太美味了,不吃月饼的家人迅速抢食一空。

  • 全蛋2个
  • 泡打粉5g
  • 酸奶200ml
  • 低筋面粉110g
  • 葡萄干若干
  • 枸杞若干
  • 草莓干若干

Steps to make 月饼蛋糕

  • 1.葡萄干、枸杞、草莓干用朗姆酒泡软备用。
  • 2.月饼的口味可以根据喜好选择。我比较喜欢用豆沙的,另外,五仁的里面含有很多坚果,做出来也会很不错哟。
  • 3.月饼用料理机打碎。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散即可,月饼通常很油很甜,所以这里就不用加任何糖和黄油了。
  • 5.倒入酸奶搅拌均匀,酸奶是天然的蓬松剂,可以保证蛋糕组织松软。
  • 6.加入月饼碎用刮刀搅拌拌匀。
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉、泡打粉,继续用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入一多半泡好的葡萄干、枸杞、草莓干,一起搅拌成均匀的面糊,注意不要画圈。
  • 9.导入模具,表面撒上剩余的果粒。
  • 10.烤箱预热160°C烤35分钟。
  • 11.趁热脱模。
