Steps to make 菠萝果酱

  • 1.菠萝半个,切成小片。
  • 2.放入珐琅锅,加入一把冰糖。
  • 3.加入一勺清水,开小火炖煮十分钟。
  • 4.直到菠萝出水,变软即可关火。
  • 5.凉至常温的菠萝连汤带水倒入破壁机,打至糊糊状。
  • 6.打好的糊糊倒入不粘锅,开小火,不断翻炒,直到水汽蒸发得差不多,期间注意果酱会溅出来,小心烫,这期间一定小火,我花了大概二十分钟左右。
  • 7.果酱的水汽蒸发得差不多是,尝尝酸甜度,再适量加入白砂糖,再次搅拌均匀。
  • 8.完全收到浓稠状即可,凉透。
  • 9.装入提前开水消毒洗净好的玻璃瓶中,冷藏保存。
