  • 7.鸡肉给水沥一下不然炒时候会油点四溅。
  • 8.热锅倒入油。
  • 9.一定凉油放冰糖然后大火不停搅拌。
  • 10.炒到这样冒泡就算成功。
  • 11.倒入鸡肉翻炒。
  • 12.全炒上颜色了就放入调料。
  • 13.姜这个时候可以放哦。
  • 14.翻炒哦。
  • 15.全上色以后加入水、放点盐巴。
  • 16.十三香来一点。
  • 17.放好调料以后炖到七八成熟倒入土豆。
  • 18.倒入土豆。
  • 19.盖上盖子接着炖。
  • 20.土豆熟了就算成功了,这是放点鸡精。
  • 21.大葱放进去。
  • 22.大蒜放进去。
  • 23.翻炒均匀出锅!
