Steps to make 清炒河虾仁

  • 1.虾仁250克
  • 2.葱、姜、蒜、黄瓜、鸡蛋
  • 3.虾仁从背部剖开,去掉虾线,洗净
  • 4.放入鸡蛋、水淀粉、盐、胡椒粉、小苏打腌制十分钟
  • 5.葱、姜、蒜切末,黄瓜去瓤切片备用
  • 6.锅中烧水,将腌制好的虾仁入锅焯烫
  • 7.捞出虾仁冲凉备用
  • 8.炒锅加油爆香葱、姜、蒜末
  • 9.加入黄瓜片炒制
  • 10.加入焯烫好的虾仁炒制
  • 11.再加盐调味
  • 12.再翻炒一分钟后出锅
