  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.葱切片、姜切段
  • 3.虾仁用葱、姜、盐、料酒、鸡粉拌匀,腌制10分钟
  • 4.腌制虾仁的时候来处理一下配料:黄瓜、胡萝卜洗净,先中间切开成半圆形,然后黄瓜切小于1指宽的小段,胡萝卜切1指宽的小段儿,各取两段,再雕成锯齿形花纹
  • 5.然后把中间挖空,作为宫灯上下灯座
  • 6.鸡蛋加盐、白胡椒粉、淀粉充分打散
  • 7.倒入预热的不粘锅摊成薄薄的蛋饼
  • 8.再切成丝,作为宫灯的灯穗。
  • 9.取适量蛋丝整成灯穗形
  • 10.分别放上胡萝卜和黄瓜做装饰
  • 11.炒锅倒入适量食用油,放入虾球翻炒,待颜色变红之后盛出备用
  • 12.锅内在加金龙鱼食用油,加入番茄沙司炒出红色
  • 13.加白糖、水煮开
  • 14.放入虾仁翻拌均匀,略微煮一下,使之进味
  • 15.淋入水淀粉,大火收汁即可
  • 16.最后摆盘上桌
