Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.把鲢鱼头劈成两半,洗干净,里面的黑色东西要洗掉
  • 2.倒入白酒抹遍鱼头,再抹上一层盐,腌制15分钟以上
  • 3.锅烧热放适量猪油和色拉油,把蒜末、青红剁椒倒进去爆炒一下,再放点白糖炒匀
  • 4.把炒好的剁椒放在腌好的鱼头上,撒点胡椒粉,放入蒸锅蒸15分钟
  • 5.最后撒上葱花,锅烧热,放入适量猪油烧热浇在鱼头上就好了
