红豆沙面包

  • 京日红豆沙馅150克

Steps to make 红豆沙面包

  • 1.将高筋面粉、低筋面粉、细砂糖、盐、奶粉、鸡蛋分别称好,放入和面机搅拌盆里混合拌匀,加入用温水调好的酵母水慢速搅拌2分钟,快速搅拌至打出面筋。(注意酵母不与糖、盐放在一起,以免酵母脱水失效)
  • 2.加入软化后的黄油,慢速搅散黄油,快速搅拌至面团光滑出膜。
  • 3.将打好的面团盖上保鲜膜,放在温暖处醒发。
  • 4.醒发至两倍大。
  • 5.案板上撒上高筋面粉,将醒发好的面团取出,分割成6份,每个50克的面团,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜,松弛10分钟。
  • 6.取一个50克的面团用手压扁,用排气擀面杖擀圆面皮,翻面后包入25克的红豆沙馅。
  • 7.将包好的红豆沙面包坯收口朝下放入烤盘,盖上保鲜膜,发酵15分钟。
  • 8.用手将面团轻轻压成圆饼状,在面团的边缘处均匀的剪出八个开口,盖上保鲜膜,继续发酵10分钟。
  • 9.在红豆沙面包坯面表均匀的刷上一层蛋液。
  • 10.将擀面杖头沾上水后再沾上白芝麻压在红豆沙面包坯中心。
  • 11.做好的红豆沙面包坯。
  • 12.放入已预热190度的烤箱中,上火大,小火小,烘烤15分钟。
