酱黄瓜
酱黄瓜集香脆酸甜咸鲜微辣于一身。
酱黄瓜喝粥小菜,白粥绝配。
酱黄瓜又脆、又辣、又嫩,味正又好吃,糖醋味道。

Steps to make 酱黄瓜

  • 1.黄瓜洗干净,控干水分。
  • 2.切成三厘米长的小段。
  • 3.全部切好后,放入锅中,如图所示。
  • 4.撒十勺盐,抓匀,盖上盖子,放冰箱冷藏四个小时。
  • 5.四小时后黄瓜腌制完成,倒掉脱去的水分,再挤干黄瓜。(切记不需要清洗,黄瓜里面的如果还含有水,那是饱和盐水,保存是不会坏的)
  • 6.辣椒切丝,蒜和姜切片,备用。
  • 7.花椒、花生油、蚝油、糖、老抽、生抽和醋,备用。
  • 8.开始制作酱料---锅里加入花生油烧热,放入花椒和干辣椒爆香,再加入大蒜片和姜片,翻炒一会,倒入生抽、老抽、蚝油、醋和糖调和,酱汁放凉备用。
  • 9.倒入冷却的酱汁汤。
  • 10.搅拌均匀。
  • 11.压实,盖上盖子,放入冰箱密封保存。
  • 12.爽口开胃小菜。
