上次在韩式料理店吃了石锅拌饭,回家自己拌了,自己改良了放的湖南辣椒酱没有甜味,符合国情味道更加好哦!

  • 西兰花6个
  • 辣椒酱1勺
  • 老抽0.5勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 淀粉1勺
  • 植物油1勺

Steps to make 韩式拌饭

  • 1.米饭煮熟因为是拌饭最好煮硬一点。
  • 2.黄瓜切丝放适量盐腌渍5分钟将腌渍出来的水挤去。
  • 3.红萝卜切丝,平菇撕成条。
  • 4.牛肉切碎末放料酒,老抽,盐,淀粉拌匀腌渍5分钟
  • 5.清水烧开滴少许植物油放适量盐放西兰花绰水,水滚捞出来放凉水里浸泡保持翠绿。西兰花
  • 6.红萝卜丝用植物油放少许盐炒至变软。
  • 7.平菇放油,盐炒好。
  • 8.牛肉用油炒至变色。
  • 9.鸡蛋单面煎熟,保持蛋黄半熟。
  • 10.石锅底部用植物油抹匀。
  • 11.煮好的米饭铺底,所有食材按照自己喜好排列好。
  • 12.放上鸡蛋,西兰花。
  • 13.鸡蛋黄滴入拌匀。
