香肠时蔬司康
司康是我很喜欢的一款下午茶点心,简单易做,口感造型也可以很多样化,这次加了点时蔬,特地为小朋友准备的,当早餐、日常或外出游玩的小点心也是很好的选择!

  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 黄油45g
  • 牛奶75g
  • 7g
  • 1g
  • 泡打粉3.5g
  • 香肠1/2根
  • 毛豆3g
  • 胡萝卜4g
  • 玉米4g
  • 蛋黄1个(刷表面)

Steps to make 香肠时蔬司康

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.香肠、毛豆、胡萝卜和玉米粒切碎。
  • 3.黄油切小块。
  • 4.在碗里放入低筋面粉、细砂糖、盐和泡打粉和黄油。
  • 5.用手把黄油和其它粉类混合搓成屑状,加入牛奶用手抓匀。
  • 6.加入切好的香肠、毛豆、胡萝卜和玉米粒,揉捏成团盖保鲜膜入冰箱冷藏20分钟。
  • 7.冷藏后取出擀成0.8~1厘米的薄片,用模具压出形状。
  • 8.给司康表面刷上蛋黄液。
  • 9.入预热好的家宝德烤箱中层,上下火170度20分钟。
  • 10.当早餐或下午茶点都很不错。
