  • 1.西瓜皮洗净,去掉最外面的那层薄薄的绿皮,里面红色果肉也切掉。
  • 2.处理干净的西瓜切碎成小粒。
  • 3.把切好的西瓜皮放入料理机里打碎成果浆。
  • 4.把打好的西瓜浆倒入炒锅里,大火煮沸后改小火慢慢熬。
  • 5.等到水分略熬干时,放入白糖。
  • 6.放入柠檬汁,放入半匙橄榄油略炒一会熬到收汁即可关火,放凉后装入瓶中入冰箱冷藏,随吃随取。
