Steps to make 剁椒虾

  • 1.将葱、姜、蒜、红椒、绿泡椒剁成沫,放入少许味精搅拌均匀琳上热油。剁椒酱制作好了备用。
  • 2.大虾洗净,去除虾壳虾线,用刀切开虾背,将虾尾穿过切开的缝隙即可。
  • 3.盘中垫上金针蘑,将处理完的虾均匀的平铺在上面,淋上调好的剁椒酱。
  • 4.上锅蒸5分钟,淋上蒸鱼豉油,洒上葱花,淋上热油即可。
