柔软好吃--花朵红豆面包
面包在经过了很长时间的摸索,终于用最简单的方法做出了组织老化慢,口感超柔软的面包了。。。看看用简单的方法做出的花朵面包。。。。

  • 高筋面粉350克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 2克
  • 白糖40克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 185克
  • 黄油30克
  • 酵母粉1小勺

Steps to make 柔软好吃--花朵红豆面包

  • 1.除黄油以外的液体全部放入面包机,再加面粉,最后加酵母粉。
  • 2.揉成团后加入黄油,揉出薄薄的手套膜,发酵约2小时。
  • 3.放入冰箱冷藏约8--10小时。
  • 4.拿出分成小剂子。
  • 5.擀成椭圆。
  • 6.卷起来,重复3次,然后加盖保鲜膜松弛10分钟。
  • 7.用手按成圆形的皮,包入做好的蜜红豆。
  • 8.收口。
  • 9.放到8寸蛋糕模具中,进行二次 发酵。
  • 10.发酵到两倍大时,刷上全蛋液。
  • 11.入烤箱上下火180度25分钟。
  • 12.金黄色,拿出放凉,筛上糖粉即可。。。。
