网摘:桃胶,又称桃树胶,是由桃树上自然分泌出来的桃树油经化学反应而制得的浅黄色粘稠液体,颜色浅黄、透明。桃胶是南方常见的中药材,每年夏季采集,经过水浸、去杂质、晒干而成。它还有一个好听的名字,叫:桃花泪。

    Steps to make 牛奶桃胶窝蛋

    • 1.桃胶提前浸泡至少18小时以上,至完全泡发,涨至10倍大,挑去杂质,此时状如果冻,备用;
    • 2.把桃胶和姜片下锅,加入适量的清水煮开后转小火煮约半小时(也可煮1小时至出胶,但个人喜欢有一点软但是又爽口的)
    • 3.加入冰糖调至自己喜欢的甜度(可以多加一点,算是牛奶的份量)
    • 4.糖化后再加入牛奶再次煮开;
    • 5.这时把鸡蛋磕开入碗中;
    • 6.把鸡蛋慢慢滑入锅中
    • 7.用最小火煮30秒然后关火盖上盖子,至蛋焖熟即可!
