    • 1.准备鲜青虾适量
    • 2.剪掉虾枪和虾须,清洗干净
    • 3.用料酒腌制15分钟入味
    • 4.准备好混合的调味料适量,葱丝姜丝
    • 5.锅内放油,适量,不要太少,比炒菜多一点即可
    • 6.放入青虾,待底部渐渐变红
    • 7.翻炒一下
    • 8.加入葱姜丝翻炒两下,倒入调味汁,盖上盖小火焖
    • 9.中间翻炒一次,让虾全部沾上调味汁,最后把汁稍稍收干,出锅装盘
    • 10.出锅成品,香香哒油焖大虾~
