Steps to make 玫瑰鲜花饼

  • 1.水,黄油,色拉油,白糖,中筋粉混合和成水油皮面团,色拉油,低粉和成油酥面团,综合果仁切碎,熟粉,玫瑰酱备用。
  • 2.糯米粉用炒锅中火炒微黄出香味,制成熟粉。
  • 3.果仁碎里加入玫瑰花酱。
  • 4.加入熟粉制成玫瑰馅。
  • 5.面团醒10分钟后分成均匀的小份。油皮18克,油酥12克,玫瑰馅20克。
  • 6.水油皮擀开包住油酥。
  • 7.依次包完后擀成牛舌状,卷起醒10分钟。
  • 8.醒好后把面卷从中间按压使两头向上,按扁擀成圆形,包入玫瑰馅。
  • 9.如包包子一样包好,用手掌按成小饼,放入烤盘。
  • 10.烤箱中下层180度20分钟,烤制表面微黄即可。
