    Steps to make 咖喱鸡块奶酪焗饭

    • 1.马苏里拉奶酪一片
    • 2.切小粒,一人份需要一把奶酪粒。
    • 3.鸡胸肉一块,因为我限制脂肪油脂的摄入量,选用鸡胸肉,其实鸡腿肉更柔韧。
    • 4.切一厘米见方的块。
    • 5.切葱花
    • 6.土豆一个
    • 7.同样切一厘米见方的块
    • 8.油烧热,放入鸡肉块
    • 9.肉块颜色变白出香味放入葱花,爆香
    • 10.加入土豆
    • 11.添汤
    • 12.汤的量就是没过菜就行。加入小半勺盐就行,因为咖喱块含有盐分,再加一点花椒面就可以,炖十五分钟。
    • 13.炖十五分钟后,加入咖喱块,一人需要一块,一分钟咖喱块就能化开,这时把熟米饭放入汤中。
    • 14.搅匀后盛入耐热容器,因为还需要放入220度的烤箱,只需加一半饭。
    • 15.撒一层马苏里拉奶酪
    • 16.再铺半层饭
    • 17.再铺一层厚点的奶酪
    • 18.烤箱220度预热,之后放入耐热容器,烤三四分钟,这时不要离开烤箱,奶酪表面出现黄色的点点时,就立马拿出来。
    • 19.看奶酪上的黄点点,这样正好。
    • 20.来一勺,看看拉丝,快点吃,拉丝只在六七分钟内存在,之后表面奶酪会凝结
    • 21.里面的拉丝能持续十分钟吧,要趁热吃。
