Steps to make 椰蓉辫子面包

  • 1.馅料:80克椰蓉加30克糖60克软化的黄油打匀;
  • 2.面团:高粉250g,低粉150g,牛奶+2个鸡蛋共280g,糖50g,盐3g,黄油40g,酵母4g。后油法揉好面团,发酵2.5倍大,均分成12份排气;
  • 3.取一份擀开,抹椰蓉馅料;
  • 4.卷起
  • 5.擀成长条,切两刀
  • 6.编辫子,放入模具。放温暖的地方二发完毕后,烤箱预热180度,后转入175度约20分钟。
