山药排骨汤

Steps to make 山药排骨汤

  • 1.排骨洗干净,放到清水锅中焯水,捞出,滤干水;PS:这是去排骨血腥,煲出的汤鲜甜没有浑浊。
  • 2.排骨、生姜、瑶柱放入锅中,加适量的水,煲45分钟;
  • 3. 胡萝卜去皮切块,加入排骨汤锅中,继续煲15分钟;
  • 4.山药去皮,切片,加入,再煲5分钟;
  • 5.出锅前加入盐,拌均即可
