日式可乐球/可乐饼

Steps to make 日式可乐球/可乐饼

  • 1.地瓜3只,鸡蛋一只,腊肠3小根,面包糠少许,牛奶100G(可不用),胡萝卜半根,洋葱1/4,黑胡椒末少许,盐少许。
  • 2.材料切成小丁。
  • 3.黄油炒洋葱丁,用色拉油也可。
  • 4.炒香后加腊肠丁。
  • 5.再加胡萝卜丁。
  • 6.炒好后盛出备用。
  • 7.地瓜煮熟后,拍成泥,和炒好的馅料混合,加点牛奶(也可不加)。
  • 8.混好后,揉成小球。
  • 9.蘸点面粉。
  • 10.滚上蛋液。
  • 11.蘸上面包糠。
  • 12.过油,炸 出金黄色即可。。。配上泰式辣椒酱,或配番茄沙司都行。
