日式糯米饭
今天教大家糯米的另一种吃法——日式糯米饭,有了微波炉,在哪都能做!解锁单一吃糯米的方式,丰富的食材,浓郁的味道,做起来简单,吃起来方便,你爱不爱?

糯米饭的材料我选择香菇、冬笋、胡萝卜、鸡肉,食材简单,调味仅四样:麻油、又伊鲜原味酱油、料酒与糖。先以调味汁混合食材搅拌均匀并加入适量的香菇水即可,剩下的烹饪都交给微波炉就搞定啦,一碗油光发亮香气扑鼻的日式糯米饭就做好了。

  • 又伊鲜原味酱油2勺
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 日式糯米饭

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将鸡肉切块。
  • 3.加入料酒和又伊鲜原味酱油腌制。
  • 4.将香菇、胡萝卜、冬笋切小块。
  • 5.将香菇水(泡发香菇后的水)糖、又伊鲜原味酱油、麻油一起搅拌。
  • 6.倒入泡过30分钟水的糯米和其他食材搅拌。
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜,高火加热6分钟。
  • 8.搅拌后再加热6分钟,焖10分钟。
  • 9.完成啦。
