五谷豆浆
以前在小美那里帮忙,每天早上都会在小区旁边的早点摊儿那里买份粥喝,有时候想换换口味了,就会要上一杯豆浆。他们那里做的豆浆口味很多,红豆、绿豆、蜜枣、五谷。。。都是现磨出来的,喝着很舒服也很好喝。
看他们用的机器,应该是那种破壁机,我没有,这次就用原汁机试上一次,效果还好,就是最后煮的时候得小心搅拌。。。

材料:
黄豆30g,黑豆30g,红豆30g,绿豆30g,黑米30g,水500g

Steps to make 五谷豆浆

  • 1.将黄豆、黑豆、红豆、绿豆、黑米都倒入盆中,加水洗净后浸泡过夜
  • 2.将接汁杯和接渣杯分别放到原汁机的出汁口和出渣口处
  • 3.将泡好的豆子等放到原汁机进料盘上
  • 4.启动机器,打开出汁口处的小盖子,慢慢推入豆子等,并逐量将500g水随豆子一起添加进去,豆浆会慢慢流出
  • 5.加工完毕,只产生很少的豆渣
  • 6.将豆浆过滤后倒入小锅中
  • 7.加热沸腾即可,可选择加糖后饮用
