  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.酵母用温水化开,倒入面粉中,和成软硬适中的面团加盖或加保鲜膜进行发酵。
  • 3.五花肉洗净,加上葱、姜、青椒剁成末。
  • 4.豇豆清洗干净,切成碎丁。
  • 5.豇豆和肉末装在一起,加入蚝油、十三香、少量生抽和香油、适量食盐拌匀。
  • 6.面团发酵至2-3倍大。
  • 7.发酵好的面团排气后揉搓光滑,稍稍松弛几分钟,取出一部分搓成条状。
  • 8.分切成小剂子,撒少量面粉,压扁,擀薄。
  • 9.放入馅料,包制成自己喜欢的样子。
  • 10.如此包好所有的小包,稍稍发酵10分钟,锅底倒少量油,稍热后下入包子,小火煎几分钟。
  • 11.玉米淀粉加适量水搅拌均匀,成水淀粉沿锅边倒入。
  • 12.加盖,中小火加热约10分钟,至锅中哧啦哧啦响,煎干汤汁。
  • 13.用盘子扣压在煎包上,倒扣过来,一盘完美诱人的金黄脆底水煎包就做好了。
