松软法式面包
这次用的是机械烤箱制作的。全程上色非常漂亮。每次做法式面包的时候老公就很开心。喜欢这种松软的口感。做早餐的不二选择。为了家人。为了心爱的。动动手做起来。

  • 高筋面粉180g
  • 低筋面粉30g
  • 白糖30g
  • 酵母3g
  • 1g
  • 橄榄油15g
  • 清水75g
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 松软法式面包

  • 1.所有的材料混合之后揉成光滑的面团。
  • 2.整理好放碗里。
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜温暖处发酵至2倍大。
  • 4.然后排气分成8个剂子。一个剂子是50g。盖上保鲜膜醒发15分钟。
  • 5.把每份分成长条,另外一边稍微搓细,就是成滴水的形状。然后擀薄从大往小的地方卷起来。
  • 6.这是卷起来的样子。
  • 7.依次全部卷好。
  • 8.放烤箱二次发酵至一倍大。
  • 9.这是发酵好的样子。
  • 10.烤箱预热上下火180°5分钟。
  • 11.均匀的刷上蛋液。
  • 12.送入烤箱上火180°。下火160°,开启旋风模式。烤15分钟。上色后上火调140g,下火120°。
  • 13.非常的松软啊。做早餐的首选。
