凉拌莴笋丝
春天好短啊,刚刚感觉到春天的温暖,气温一下子就由暖转热了,30度左右的味道,时时刻刻都在提醒我们,夏天要来啦。天气转热,餐桌上凉拌菜就多了起来,而凉拌菜我们国人的习惯,还是那醇香的芝麻油最够味,放上一点,满屋飘香,闻着味就食欲大增啦。芝麻油市场上是鱼目混珠,啥样的都有,而我则是比较偏爱金龙鱼的香芝麻油,100%的芝麻打造的,闻着香,吃着也香。我曾经看过一个电视节目,是介绍油的压榨过程的,真的是好多的工序,特别是杀菌去黄曲霉素的过程,那不是一般的小作坊能做的到,只有大厂家,才有实力做到,所以我信任知名厂家的油质,家里一年四季吃的香油都是金龙鱼的,吃起来放心。今天就用金龙鱼的香芝麻油来拌一个莴笋,简单的食材,简单的做法,突出食材的本味,特别适合夏季的饮食搭配。
做了这个菜谱,感觉比较符合家宴菜的要求,加了一个宴字,就把它和家常菜明显的区分开来,虽然只是一字之差,但做菜的的步骤尤其是装盘,就讲究了很多,有时常常还是那道家常菜,但是装盘讲究一点,一下子就显得格外的不同了,就像这个凉拌的莴笋丝,这样是不是很有家宴的范儿了呢?!

Steps to make 凉拌莴笋丝

  • 1.海米提前用清水洗一下,然后浸泡至软
  • 2.新鲜的莴笋洗净,这个菜调味料非常简单,只有香油和一点点盐
  • 3.莴笋去皮
  • 4.切丝
  • 5.加少许盐拌一下
  • 6.加几滴的香油拌均匀
  • 7.把拌好的莴笋丝装盘
  • 8.锅中放一点点香油,下入海米炒香
  • 9.炒香的海米放上面即可
