红烧咸家鱼

Steps to make 红烧咸家鱼

  • 1.切好葱、姜、蒜、辣椒。
  • 2.把鱼一切两份洗干净。
  • 3.把鱼的两面均匀地抹上面。
  • 4.锅中入油,放入鱼煎成两面黄。
  • 5.然后把1放在鱼上面。
  • 6.锅中倒入两碗开水。
  • 7.加入酱油、糖、料酒、番茄酱,盖上盖子烧到锅中还掉半碗汤汁。
  • 8.再另外切一份长条葱。
  • 9.把鱼装出。
  • 10.锅中留汁,加入长条葱、味精、胡椒粉拌匀关火淋在鱼上就可以了。
