Steps to make 豆沙香酥粒面包

  • 1.将除了黄油以外的面包材料混合揉至扩展阶段
  • 2.加入软化的黄油,继续揉至接近完全阶段
  • 3..第一次发酵完成后将面团取出均等分割成9个小面团,揉圆后盖保鲜膜醒发10分钟。
  • 4.将醒好的小面团用擀面杖擀成圆形,压扁放上豆沙馅,包好
  • 5.收口向下,排入铺了油纸的烤盘,进行最后发酵。
  • 6.二次发酵完成后,在面包上轻轻刷一层蛋液,撒上香酥粒放入预热好180度的烤箱,中层烤18分钟。
