  • 1.面团原料混合,揉起筋后加入软化的黄油继续揉(汤种做法: 高粉70g 水15g 微波炉高火20秒后搅拌,再高火10秒 冰箱放凉即可)
  • 2.面团揉至扩展阶段(懒人可借助面包机哈哈)
  • 3.室温发酵至两倍大
  • 4.面团里的空气揉出, 放置15分钟后整形,用叉子叉上小孔,放置温暖湿润处二次发酵至两倍大
  • 5.刷上蛋液,撒上香葱芝麻,烤箱中层180度 12分钟左右
  • 6.稍微放凉 撕掉油纸 抹上沙拉酱
  • 7.撒上肉松
  • 8.卷起来 油纸包住稍微定定型,不要放冰箱
  • 9.切成三段,抹上沙拉,沾上肉松
