手工榨菜蛋丝面
手擀面搭配排骨汤和炒香的榨菜、鸡蛋丝。一碗清淡而又不失美味的面条。

Steps to make 手工榨菜蛋丝面

  • 1.熟鸡蛋饼切丝,青菜洗净焯熟,榨菜胡萝卜炒好
  • 2.备面粉
  • 3.加水搅拌成面絮
  • 4.揉成面团,饧十几分钟后放到案板上再揉
  • 5.揉关揉匀的面团
  • 6.面团用手掌压扁,再用擀杖从中间向外擀
  • 7.再用擀杖把面卷起来擀,边擀边撒面粉
  • 8.擀面时注意调整擀杖的方向
  • 9.擀好的面
  • 10.撒上淀粉后折叠
  • 11.擀好的面切成面条
  • 12.面条入锅煮熟后捞出
  • 13.调入排骨汤、韭黄、盐、胡椒粉以及炒好的榨菜、胡萝卜丝、青菜、香油
