Steps to make 鸡蛋饼干

  • 1.鸡蛋三个.蛋清蛋黄分离
  • 2.蛋黄内加入20g白砂糖搅打均匀
  • 3.蛋清内加入30g白砂糖,打至干性发泡,提起打蛋器能拉出小的直角就好
  • 4.取三分之一蛋白霜到蛋黄糊内,翻拌均匀
  • 5.将翻版均匀的蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白霜内翻拌均匀
  • 6.筛入面粉,上下翻拌至无颗粒状
  • 7.装入裱花袋内
  • 8.在烤盘内铺上油纸,挤出饼干形状
  • 9.放入烤箱中下层180度烤10分钟
