Steps to make 木须肉

  • 1.黄花菜捡去杂质及不能食用的干枝,提前用凉水泡发舒展;胡萝卜、黄瓜清洗干净。
  • 2.烧一锅水,水开后将黄花菜焯煮3分钟,使花瓣充分煮透、煮软。
  • 3.胡萝卜切薄片,黄瓜刮皮斜切成段,再改刀切象眼片,中间的黄瓜芯易出汤且易变烂,需去除掉;4瓣大蒜切薄片,2瓣剁碎。
  • 4.炒锅加热,油温6、7成热时将打散的蛋液入锅,凝固定型后划散成小块,盛出备用。
  • 5.锅中倒少许油,蒜片炝锅。
  • 6.胡萝卜入锅煸炒变色。
  • 7.撒盐、倒生抽、酱油。
  • 8.将黄花菜倒入锅中,迅速翻炒,使汤汁迅速均匀地被黄花菜吸收。
  • 9.黄瓜片入锅,翻炒几下变软。
  • 10.鸡蛋块和大蒜末入锅,大火翻炒均匀即出锅。
  • 11.家常木须肉,脆嫩爽口,味道鲜美!
