  • 1.糯米粉 肉糜已拌好
  • 2.糯米粉中加入开水搅拌
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团
  • 4.把面团分成8份
  • 5.把面团揉成碗状
  • 6.放上肉糜馅
  • 7.用手的虎口收口
  • 8.搓成长团
  • 9.锅中放水煮开
  • 10.水煮开后放入汤圆加盖大火煮开2分钟
  • 11.2分钟后再加点清水加盖大火煮开
  • 12.煮到汤圆全浮在水面就可出锅
