Steps to make 满口留香---培根薯泥马芬

  • 1.马铃薯蒸熟后趁热压成泥,加入盐、黑胡椒、牛奶、培根碎拌匀备用。
  • 2.低筋粉、砂糖、泡打粉、小苏打混合筛入盆中,轻轻拌匀;加入橄榄油搅至完全融合。
  • 3.调入薯泥、再撒少许芝士粉,用橡皮刮刀轻轻搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入鸡蛋液切拌均匀。
  • 5.盛入纸杯中约八分满。
  • 6.入预热好的烤箱烘烤,180度,20-25分钟即可出炉。
