Steps to make 鸭子煲

  • 1.准备好一只鸭子。
  • 2.起锅烧水,加料酒和姜片,下入鸭子焯水5分钟。
  • 3.捞出沥干水分。
  • 4.用牙签在鸭子身上插满孔,抹白酒。
  • 5.鸭肚子里放入姜片和葱。
  • 6.起锅烧油,油五成热时,下入鸭子炸。
  • 7.炸至鸭子成金黄色。
  • 8.捞出待用。
  • 9.另起锅(砂锅),鸭子放入砂锅中,加香料包、米椒、一罐啤酒,加盐、胡椒粉、老抽,大火煮开后转小火炖一个半小时。
  • 10.时间结束后,大火收干汤汁,加鸡精、蚝油调味。
  • 11.加入蒜苗叶,再焖5分钟即可出锅。
