Steps to make Braised Pig Trotters in Brown Sauce
- 1. Wash and chop the pig trotters into pieces, soak them in cold water for a while.
- 2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water for a while and wash them off. Cut the scallions into sections, ginger into slices, and prepare other seasonings.
- 3. Put pig trotters in cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Bring to a boil until frothy, then remove and rinse with warm water.
- 4. Pour cooking oil into the pot, add rock sugar, and stir fry over low heat until melted.
