火龙果盘花小餐包

Steps to make 火龙果盘花小餐包

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.火龙果皮80克加100克水榨好汁,最后有浪费剩余是155克,(除酵母和黄油外)依次把榨好的汁,鸡蛋,盐和糖对角放,最后放入高粉。
  • 3.面包机选择一个和面程序20分钟,面包桶用保鲜膜包好,上面覆盖湿毛巾,放冰箱冷藏静置一晚。

  • 5.放入软化的黄油和酵母,选择一个和面程序。
  • 6.取出和好的面团,分成相同的六份,盖保鲜膜静置10分钟。
  • 7.取一个面团,搓成长条状。
  • 8.头尾相接,像扭麻花一样,最后团在一起,尾部压在下面。
  • 9.把其余几份也同样做好,排入阳晨烤盘中。
  • 10.放烤箱进行发酵,发酵好后取出烤盘,烤箱预热170度5分钟。
  • 11.把发酵好的餐包刷鸡蛋液。
  • 12.放入烤箱中层170度30分钟左右,烤好后取出烤盘,餐包放置手温后装保鲜袋保存。
