  • 1.苹果对半切开再切片尽量均匀点
  • 2.锅里加220克水后加入砂糖和挤点柠檬汁
  • 3.放入苹果片
  • 4.将苹果片煮软后捞出沥干水分备用
  • 5.黄油与低粉混合用手搓匀
  • 6.加入适量煮苹果的糖水
  • 7.和成面团
  • 8.吧面团擀成薄片
  • 9.切成长条
  • 10.把苹果片后一片压前一片依次排好,一般放7、8片
  • 11.将面片从右往左卷起来
  • 12.最后尾部捏紧
  • 13.卷好后放入纸模再放入马芬模里
  • 14.放入预热的烤箱中层180度30分钟,出炉前5分钟刷蜂蜜,我还加了草莓果酱一起拌匀了刷的
  • 15.再烤5分钟出炉,冷却即可
