Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝

  • 1.粉丝提前冷水泡软;
  • 2.扇贝清水养一个晚上,洗净泥沙、刷干净贝壳;
  • 3.剥开扇贝,去内脏,洗净干净,把肉留在一半的贝壳上,另一半去掉;
  • 4.准备蒜打蒜泥、生姜切碎末、粉丝洗净剪段,葱切好;
  • 5.把扇贝放入盘中,然后,放蒜、生姜、粉丝、盐、橄榄油、豆豉蒸鱼酱油;
  • 6.清水煮沸,放入蒸锅,蒸15分钟;
  • 7.蒸好之后撒上葱,即可;
