Steps to make 零失败玛格丽特

  • 1.熟蛋黄用勺子压在筛网上,压成蛋黄绒
  • 2.压好的蛋黄绒
  • 3.黄油室温软化后加入糖粉和盐
  • 4.用打蛋器抽打,打到略微膨胀发白就可以了
  • 5.加入蛋黄绒
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入低粉和玉米淀粉
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀,这时面很松散
  • 9.用手将松散的面揉成面团,不要过分揉搓,能成团就行
  • 10.把面团放进保鲜袋,放入冰箱冷藏一小时
  • 11.将面团拿出分成9克左右的小面团,揉圆摆在烤盘上(这个方子可以做大概40个左右,家用30升烤箱要烤两炉哦)
  • 12.用大拇指轻按面团,会出现自然开裂的纹路哦
  • 13.烤箱上下火中层170度,烤大概15分钟,边缘略黄就可以了(自家烤箱不同,温度不同,这就要靠自己掌握了,但一般170度就可以了,这款饼干对温度要求不是太高哦)
  • 14.烤好了,还不错吧
  • 15.烤好的饼干放在烤网上晾凉,记得密封保存哦
