  • 黄油100g
  • 糖粉90g
  • 全蛋100g
  • 低粉90g
  • 泡打粉2/3小匙

Steps to make 黄桃磅蛋糕

  • 1.黄油室温软化后,打至颜色变淡
  • 2.加入糖粉打发
  • 3.分次加入全蛋液拌匀
  • 4.每次加蛋液前一定要充份拌匀才能再次加入
  • 5.加入过筛后的粉类拌匀
  • 6.再加入新鲜的黄桃粒略拌一下;
  • 7.模具涂油抹粉,倒入拌好的面糊
  • 8.表面抹平后在最上面排入切好的黄桃块
  • 9.170度烤25分钟,表面略微变硬时取出,用刀在中间划上一线;再次入烤箱,170度烤40分钟。
