  • 1.将鱼去除内脏,洗净,在背部切十字花刀。
  • 2.切好葱姜蒜备用。
  • 3.将鱼放入凉油锅中煎至两面金黄。
  • 4.锅中入油放入五花肉煸炒。
  • 5.再放入干辣椒、葱姜蒜煸香。
  • 6.倒入生抽、醋、料酒、冰糖,放入鱼,倒入开水,大火烧开,转中小火15分钟左右,待鱼熟透收汁即可。
