  • 黑芝麻15g

Steps to make 蛋卷

  • 1.三个鸡蛋、65g棉白糖放入容器中。搅拌均匀。
  • 2.倒入60g玉米油搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入105g低筋面粉
  • 4.搅拌无颗粒状态
  • 5.倒入15g熟黑芝麻
  • 6.搅拌均匀备用。
  • 7.取蛋卷锅,放小块黄油,把两面锅抹一遍黄油。(为了防止粘,全程小火)
  • 8.舀一勺面糊倒入平底锅中
  • 9.合上模具,小火两面煎上20秒左右。(具体时间这里参考,燃气的火力不一样时间也不同)
  • 10.熟了趁热卷凉了就脆了
  • 11.取一双筷子,一只筷子在上另一只筷子在下。
  • 12.夹着卷起
  • 13.卷好后放入晾网上。凉后立马密封保存。
