  • 1.把建好的土窑子用柴火烧通红!
  • 2.把家鸡宰杀好,用配料腌制一小时!
  • 3.把腌制好的家鸡用锡纸包好。烧的通红的土窑子把灰挖出来,然后在土窑子上方挖个洞把泥圧垫底,把包好的的家鸡放进土窑子,把剩下的泥覆盖住家鸡,圧结实,等待一个小时挖出家鸡!
