菠萝咕噜肉的做法我感觉跟北方的糖醋里脊有点像,但是又不同的是里边加入了菠萝,自我感觉菠萝咕噜肉更好吃,因为里面加入了菠萝的味道比较清甜,还能再吃了肉,有点小腻的时候吃一块菠萝解腻,酸酸甜甜的,特别开胃好吃,特别是小朋友非常喜欢这种口味的菜肴。

  • 菠萝200g
  • 番茄酱80
  • 淀粉70g
  • 白砂糖80g
  • 白醋80g
  • 大蒜10g
  • 5g
  • 生抽5ml

Steps to make 菠萝咕咾肉

  • 1.菠萝去皮后切成大块。
  • 2.猪里脊肉清洗干净切成方块状。
  • 3.在里脊肉中加入适量生抽,少许盐和适量生粉。
  • 4.把里脊肉和生粉抓匀,让里脊肉均匀的裹上粉浆,如果有点干的话可以再加入适量水,身份少的话就适量加多一点粉,让每一块肉尽量包裹上升粉。
  • 5.锅中油烧热,放入一块面糊, 可以飘起来的状态,然后把肉倒入锅中炸至肉透后捞出来。
  • 6.锅中油再次烧热,这一次要烧到冒烟,油温状态烧热一点,把之前炸好的肉再次倒入锅复炸。
  • 7.炸好的里脊肉表面金黄捞出沥干油。
  • 8.锅中加油炒一点蒜米,然后加入开水,番茄酱,白醋,白砂糖,少许盐和生粉。
  • 9.我蒸的汤汁大火熬至粘稠状态。
  • 10.把菠萝倒入锅中翻炒两下。
  • 11.把之前炸好的里脊肉倒入锅中翻拌均匀,使每块肉均匀的包裹上酱汁即可出锅。
