Steps to make 萨其马

  • 1.3个鸡蛋磕入250克面粉中(加入4克无铝泡打粉)。
  • 2.搅拌成面絮。
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜,静置松弛半个小。
  • 4.时间结束后,擀成稍厚的大面片。
  • 5.折叠,切成小面条。
  • 6.抖散。
  • 7.起锅烧油,油八成热时。
  • 8.下入小面条炸至浮起成淡黄色
  • 9.捞出沥干油,放入一个大盆中。
  • 10.加入葡萄干、蔓越莓干、核桃仁、黑芝麻、青红丝拌匀待用。
  • 11.起锅,加100克水、100克糖、100克麦芽糖、一勺蜂蜜,中小火熬煮。
  • 12.熬至糖到(115度左右),能拉出细丝,关火。
  • 13.倒入炸好的面条,翻拌均匀。
  • 14.倒入模具中,轻轻压实倒扣出来。
  • 15.晾凉后,切成小块即可。
